The freezer is cooling self-contained, with lobe pumps. Ice cream mix feeding is through a lobe pump, consistent airflow is fed into the cylinder together with the mix. Blades mounted on the dasher continuously scrape the frozen ice cream from inside wall of the cylinder, discharged through another lobe pump. Ice cream with higher overrun, more fine and smooth which is suitable for various production requirements.
Digital control panel makes it easy for operation and suitable for continuously production of medium and large sized ice cream manufacturer.
