Fruit Feeder

Fruit feeder is used to connect with a continuous freezer for adding nuts, fruit pieces and cereals into ice cream mix without influence on the expansion rate.

The motor drives the screw to transfer particles into ice cream mix stably and efficiently through a vane pump. The particles are mixed with the ice cream slurry in the constant mixer.

All parts that will come into contact with ice cream material and the ingredients are in food grade stainless steel.

We offer a range of dosing screw for choosing depending on particles characteristics.
