Ice cream tray tunnel is a production system from ice cream forming to hardening until packing, which can be used for producing stick bars with chocolate coating, stickless bars (snickers), sandwich ice cream, cake ice cream and some other special shaped ice-cream.

Ice cream tray tunnel is a production system from ice cream forming to hardening until packing, which can be used for producing stick bars with chocolate coating, stickless bars (snickers), sandwich ice cream, cake ice cream and some other special shaped ice-cream.

Extruded products from the working table enter the tunnel for frozen 25~30minutes, and get free from the trays to the packing machine for wrapping, these form the whole processing process. And there are achieved by automatic control from the PLC and the touch screen.

Machine capacity available: 4500pieces/hour, 8000pieces/h, 15000pieces/hour.

Evaporator

Warm keeping panels

 

Pick Up Unit

According to different capacity and ice cream types, we’ll equip you with pick up unit, automatic grabber for sticks or stickless products.
