Ice cream tray tunnel with filling is the extrusion line installed with cone/cup ice cream filling head on the working table, which can be used for normal production including stick bars with chocolate coating, stickless bars (snickers), sandwich ice cream, cake ice cream as well as ball top cone, cone and cup ice cream simple filling.
The filling station can be designed to be 2nozzles, 4 nozzles or 6 nozzles depends on the capacity requirements and running situation.
Machine capacity available: 4500pieces/hour, 8000pieces/h, 15000pieces/hour etc.

According to different capacity and ice cream types, we’ll equip with automatic grabber for stick and cone ice cream to do chocolate dipping and wrapping. And for stickless products to go to the chocolate enrober.
