BATCH Pasteurization

Batch type Ice cream pasteurizing pant is for the ice cream mixing performed in a discontinuous mode. It’s available in a range of different sizes and each batch ice cream mixing plant follows the principle of heating the mix to pasteurization temperature in the vessels before pumping to the homogenizer and then to the plate heat exchanger for cooling to needed temperature and ready for transfer to the aging tank.

Water powder Mixer

2 units of mixing vats (pasteurizing vats)

Milk pump

Filter

Plate heat exchanger (cooling system)

Ice cream homogenizer

Electrical cabinet

Stainless steel base
