HTST type Ice cream pasteurizer is a kind of production flow line device integrating ice cream material mixing, pre-heating, pasteurization, holding temperature, cooling and homogenization, it’s the continuous ice cream mixing plant.


Production capacity available: 500L/H~10000L/H

Sterilization temperature: 85~90°C

Material outlet temperature: around 5°C

Control: Semi-automatic control with push Button; 

Full-automatic control (PLC control, touch screen display)


Feature: Compact structure, small land area, high efficiency heat recovery, energy saving, consumption reduction, as well as simple operation.


It’s composed of: 

Water powder mixer

2 Ice cream mixing tank with pre-heating

Centrifugal pump

Duplex filter

Balance tank

Pasteurizing plate heat exchanger and cooling plate heat exchanger

Ice cream homogenizer

Electrical cabinet

Stainless steel base (for small and medium size pasteurizing plant)
